Body composition
Scale-derived body composition is an estimate. Trend lines are descriptive, not direct tissue measurements.

Nutrition history
Daily calories and macros can be logged manually or imported from a CSV. MyFitnessPal does not automatically sync to this website.
Training history
Hevy sessions are imported into your private Supabase account. Fitbod history can be imported separately. All training volume calculations exclude warmup sets and use recorded loads; machine loads are not necessarily comparable across equipment.
Training intelligence
8-day rotationRotation windows are consecutive eight-day periods anchored to the latest recorded workout; working sets exclude recorded warmups. These are not automatically equivalent to prescribed PPL blocks.
Performance explorer 2.4.1
Rolling windows anchored to your latest workout. Compare sessions and sets per session alongside totals. These are calendar windows, not verified completed PPL rotations.
Muscle-group distribution
Rotation comparison
Direct exercise assignment only: compound sets are assigned to their primary movement category, not counted again for secondary muscles. Unclassified exercises are shown separately. Tonnage is a logging metric, not a measure of hypertrophy stimulus; cable ratios and machines limit comparisons.
Review exercise classifications
Mappings are stored in this browser only; they do not change your workout records.
Exercise performance
Top set is the highest logged load with valid reps in a session. Estimated 1RM uses the Epley formula for sets of 1–12 reps only, and is not a measured max. Avoid comparing distinct exercise variations or machine setups.

Import previous training history
Import previous training history
Upload the private Fitbod import JSON provided separately. It is sent to your own Supabase account, not published as a website asset.
Bloodwork trends
Different laboratory methods and reference ranges may not be directly interchangeable. The trend is descriptive, not proof of cause and effect.

Upcoming bloodwork checklist
The existing plan includes a proposed December baseline and a week-five follow-up. Exact ordered panels should be verified against your lab orders before marking them confirmed.
Import historical bloodwork
Upload the separate lab import JSON to merge historical results. Duplicate source/date/marker records are updated rather than multiplied. No private data is included in the public website files.
Compound Lab
Concentration arithmetic for entered formulations. Calculations are not dose recommendations or preparation instructions. Nothing is automatically added to your protocol.
Injectable concentration calculator
For oral compounds, use the labeled tablet strength and a separate schedule. Ester weight is not interchangeable with parent-hormone mass. Theoretical vial duration excludes residual losses.
Lyophilized compound concentration
Syringe markings measure volume, not drug mass or biological IU. Reconstitution technique, diluent compatibility, sterility, stability, and beyond-use dating require formulation-specific guidance. Do not infer them from this calculator.
